I found the car through an ad on Facebook Marketplace, which was great since it shows they advertise in different places. The car was reasonably priced, and while there wasn’t a lot of room for negotiation, they did discount the vehicle from their advertised price. The best part of the experience was working with Dan McKinney — he was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. He provided the Carfax and their own inspection paperwork, which gave me some peace of mind when buying a rental car. I also had the vehicle inspected at Damian Lillard Toyota, and their assessment closely matched what Chuck Colvin Ford Nissan had shared, which made me feel even more confident, enough to purchase the car. Overall, it was a good experience, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was very friendly and easy to work with.

I would give this experience 10 stars if I could! We have purchased our share of vehicles over the years and have never purchased more than once from any dealer. We knew what to expect and left home prepared for a long day, while already a bit exhausted from the anticipation of the dreaded sales dance. But much to our surprise and relief, we met Dan Mckinney, and within minutes, we began to feel differently. He was genuine, warm and friendly. He listened to what we wanted, and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions, while also patient when addressing our concerns. We were enjoying the process and he was enthusiastically working on getting us exactly what we wanted. And they did just that! Dan McKinney and Chuck Colvin Ford made buying our new truck a great experience and at a price that was far better than we expected. We will be back for the next one!
