I worked with Tim Richardson to purchase a used 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT 8, with only 25,000 miles on it. I had been watching the car for two weeks and was told someone in California was going to purchase it. When I finally decided to move forward with a purchase, I was met by Tim and told that the California deal had fallen through and it was a available. I got the car of my dreams and enjoyed working with Tim to finalize that dream. I also discovered that there was no license plate on the front of the vehicle. A few weeks later I called Tim to see about the installation of the kit I purchased. He said bring it in and they installed it free of charge. Thank you Tim for all your help!

Stopped in here, unannounced, to look at a couple of late model Ford trucks that I saw online. Tim came out to greet us, but handed us over to Rashad as he had to tend to a scheduled appointment. Both were great to work with, and we ended up buying this 2022 CPO F-350. Rashad was a true pleasure to work with, no BS or games. Sean handled the paperwork, and it was refreshing to have the extended warranty offered, but not shoved down your throat. All in all, a great and painless buying experience! This is the way car buying should always be! Following a horrid experience attempting to purchase a vehicle at Nissan of Portland, I started communicating with the sales team at Chuck Colvin Nissan/Ford on the potential purchase of one of their 2023 Nissan Leafs. Right out of the gate, David Collins offered a fantastic price. Considering the fact that everyone I spoke with at Chuck Colvin was super responsive and straightforward, I really preferred to purchase from them, so the fact that they were also the lowest offer was the cherry on top. David was out for the holidays when we got ready to make a decision, so he handed us over to Tim Richardson who sent over a quote with all of the final numbers so there were no surprises. Tim treated us like absolute gold from arrival until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle about 2 hours later. Once we were handed off to their Finance Manager, Sean Frith, there were absolutely no games, no attempts to upsell, and he was as pleasant as can be (which was a nice change from past dealerships we’ve worked with). Chuck Colvin prides itself on being family owned and run, and it really does show. Tim did a wonderful job of showing us the ins and outs of our vehicle and the dealership itself, and welcomed us into the Chuck Colvin family... a family we are happy to now call our own. I can’t say enough about the incredible experience we had. It was by far our best auto purchasing experience, and they now have a customer for life.
